A Welcome Guide for Your Trial

Welcome to Urban Fitness! Here's what you need to know before your first class.

  1. Meet Your Coach:
    Introduce yourself to the Coach in charge for a supportive start.

  2. Class Bookings:
    Book classes on our website or app (iPhone/Android), up to 7 days in advance.

  3. Classes You May Try:
    You have access to our full range of classes for the 7 days — CrossFit, Strength, MetCon, Gymnastics, and more!
    Access the timetable here.

  4. Health and Wellness:
    If you feel unwell, please email us to pause your trial.

  5. Trial Period:
    You have 7 days from your first class, to use your 7 classes.

  6. Programming Access:
    During your trial, enjoy free access to see the weeks programming via the Influx App.

  7. Essentials:
    Bring a towel and water bottle. Vending machine onsite.

  8. Waiver:
    Complete our waiver (sent via email) before your first class.

  9. Showers:
    Male and female shower facilities are available.

  10. Sports Massage:
    Discover our on-site sports massage here available to all members and non-members.

  11. Inform Your Coach:
    If you have any injuries or specific concerns, please inform your Coach before the class begins.
