The $10 referral discount is applied to our current standard membership rates:

Evolve Membership: $60/week - $10 discount = $50/week

CrossFit Membership: $70/week - $10 discount = $60/week

Legacy Pricing:
If you're on an older, grandfathered membership plan or any non-standard pricing, your discount will be calculated based on our current rates listed above. You'll be transitioned to the discounted version of our current Evolve or CrossFit plan, whichever is most appropriate.

Eligibility of Referrals:
To qualify for the discount, your referred friend must be either: a) A first-time member who has never joined Urban Fitness/CrossFit Pøneke before, or b) A returning ex-member who is rejoining our community

Verification Process:
We take the integrity of our referral program seriously. Each referral will be vetted to ensure they meet our criteria. The decision to grant the $10 discount is at the sole discretion of Urban Fitness's owners. This policy helps maintain fairness and prevents misuse of the program.

This structure ensures that all members, regardless of their current plan, have a clear understanding of the discount they'll receive. It also emphasises our commitment to growing our community with genuine new members or welcoming back past members.

Terms and Conditions - Urban Fitness Referral Program

1. Eligibility:

* You must be a current, active member of Urban Fitness/CrossFit Pøneke.

* Referrer's membership must be in good standing (no overdue payments).

2. Referral Process:

* Referrer must provide friend's contact information to Urban Fitness via email.

* Friend must mention referrer's name during their trial or sign-up.

3. Discount Terms:

* Referrer gets $10 off weekly membership once friend signs 3-month contract.

* Discount applies immediately after friend's contract start date.

* Friend also receives $10 off weekly membership for their first 3 months.

* Maximum of 3 referral discounts per member, per calendar month.

4. Contract Requirements:

* Friend must be new to the gym or a returning ex-member.

* Friend and referrer must commit to a new 3-month contract without early termination.

* Contract must be paid in full, on time each week.

5. Duration of Discount:

* Referrer's $10 discount applies for the duration of friend's 3-month contract.

* If friend cancels before 3 months, referrer loses discount immediately.

6. June Special:

* Refer 3 new members in June, get 1 month free membership.

* All 3 referees must join within June 1-30, 2024, on 3-month contracts.

* Free month applied after all 3 complete first month.

7. Trial Period:

* Friend's trial doesn't trigger discount; must convert to 3-month contract/

8. Non-Transferability:

* Discounts are non-transferable between members.

* Cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

9. Program Changes:

* Urban Fitness reserves right to modify or end program anytime.

* Changes won't affect discounts already in effect.

10. Exclusions:

* Not valid with other promotions or discounts.

* Staff and their immediate family not eligible.

* Open Gym membership is excluded from this offer.

11. Fair Use Policy:

* Program is for genuine referrals only.

* Referrals must be individuals known personally to the referrer.

* Urban Fitness may deny rewards for suspected non-genuine leads.

* Abuse of the program (e.g., spamming, fake accounts) will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all benefits.

12. Verification:

* Urban Fitness reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals.

* May request proof of acquaintance between referrer and friend.
