The aim of FBB is to build lean muscle, enhance strength and improve movement quality while maintaining longevity, allowing you to train smarter.
Workouts are varied and engaging, incorporating different movements and equipment to keep training interesting and sustainable, with a focus on proper form and injury prevention.

If you find any of the technical exercises in our classes challenging, this is the perfect place to focus on improvement and skill development.
Each session focuses on technique, progressions and drills to build confidence and efficiency. This class will help to enhance performance in other classes by establishing a strong skill base.
POWER

Power is designed to elevate your mixed modal Olympic lifting game.
We change it up often with heavy 1, 2, or 3-RM days, barbell complexes and touch-and-go routines.
Power encourages working in pairs or small groups, focusing strongly on proper lifting technique under load and testing your lifting skills in a fun, supportive environment.
The varied format ensures continuous improvement, making each class dynamic and engaging.

OLY101 focuses on the fundamentals of classic Olympic lifting, breaking down the lifts and chasing perfection with technique training for the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.
Emphasis is on precise execution, timing and movement, prioritising technique over heavy lifting.
Whether you’re new to Olympic lifting or looking to refine your skills, OLY101 provides the guidance and practice needed to learn these complex lifts, ensuring you move safely and efficiently.
