METCON

Our MetCon classes are designed to elevate your overall fitness and endurance through constantly varied functional movements.

Each session combines elements of cardio, strength and a range of exercises to keep you challenged and engaged.

Using equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises, these classes ensure a full-body workout that boosts your stamina, builds lean muscle & improves cardiovascular health.

STRENGTH

45 minutes

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6:00am, 6:45am & 12:15pm

Our Strength classes follow a 3 weeks "on" and 1 week "de-load" cycle, aligned with our MetCon classes.

We alternate between Back Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, and Overhead Pressing to form an effective strength training regime.

The goal is to build and maintain muscular strength while promoting recovery and preventing overtraining, ensuring safe and sustainable progress over time.

CROSSFIT

60 minutes

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
4:30pm/5:30pm & Fridays 4:30pm

Our CrossFit classes blend daily WODs, Olympic Lifting, Strength and Gymnastics, offering a varied and engaging training routine.

Members can view class programming one week in advance via our app, allowing them to plan their training effectively alongside our other classes.

The week culminates in a 1.5-hour CrossFit Compete class on Saturdays, with an extra-long workout that brings the community together for an intense and challenging session.

ENGINE

45 to 60 minutes

Wednesdays
6:30pm

Our Engine class focuses solely on Cardio, using equipment such as Concept2 Rowers, Concept2 Ski Ergs, Concept2 Bikes and Rogue Echo Bikes.

Workouts range from single-machine challenges to multi-machine sessions for an intense cardio boost.

Occasionally, additional exercises are included to keep the workouts dynamic and challenging, aiming to improve cardiovascular endurance.

GYMNASTICS

Our Gymnastics classes, led by our expert Coach Connor, focus on mastering the core principles of gymnastics.

Whether you're working towards your first pull-up, bar muscle up or perfecting a handstand walk, these sessions are designed to improve body control, develop new skills, and enhance overall athleticism.

We offer trip passes here if you prefer to attend only these specific classes.


OPEN GYM

7 Days a week

Our open gym is available 7 days a week outside of class times, starting at 7:30 am on weekdays, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays and from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Sundays.

We offer a special open gym membership that provides 24/7 access to gym facilities (excluding classes) through mobile access control.

This membership allows you to train independently using all gym equipment and facilities at times that suit your schedule.
