Who Is This For?

Our programme is structured to cater to:

Runners: Looking to improve station and strength work.
Non-Runners: Building up your running capacity.
In-Between: Focusing on all-around strength and conditioning for both running and the 8 stationed HYROX workouts.

We cater to both competitive participants and those just aiming to enjoy the HYROX challenge!

Free Class Trial

To help you experience the programme firsthand, we offer a free class trial on a Saturday during our 12-week training block. This is a great way to experience HYROX-style training firsthand! Our 12-week block kicked off on Monday, 4th November, preparing for the Auckland event, so our free classes are limited to Saturdays for now.

Flexible Training Options

Option 1 | 5 Programmed Sessions + 7 Day Open Gym & More - $60 per Week | SIGN UP HERE

Get the full experience with 5 programmed HYROX sessions each week, plus 7-day open gym access to catch up on any missed sessions.

This option also includes unlimited access to our MOVE and FORGE classes, helping you focus on areas you want to improve.

If you join with a friend, you’ll both save $10 a week for as long as you train with us together.

Option 2 | 10-Trip Pass - $180 | SIGN UP HERE

Ideal for those balancing independent training or a busy schedule, giving you the flexibility to jump into classes when it suits your schedule.


Class Schedule

Our classes are held:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm and Saturdays: 8am - 9am

Our programmed run sessions are easier and more motivating when done in a group, but you’re also welcome to complete them on your own if that suits you better.

Nutrition & Recovery Support

We offer nutrition guidance to help you fuel correctly for the 12 weeks and on race day. Personalised Nutrition is crucial because training without the right fuel can lead to subpar results. Additionally, our Onsite Massage Therapist is available to aid recovery and keep you performing at your best!
